Frequently Asked Questions
What are the benefits of warehouse fulfillment?
Bulk orders are a more efficient and economical means of printing, where larger runs have a lower printing cost per page. For businesses or individuals that utilize the same materials on an ongoing basis but lack the storage capacity to house a large order, our warehouse fulfillment service is the ideal solution. We can print your order in bulk quantities and store the surplus boxes in our warehouse until you need them shipped to your home or office, to save you time and money on your printed items including brochures, letterheads, envelopes, business cards, and more.
What is the difference between UV coating and matte?
Special finishes can help your printed materials to last longer and stand out, and both matte and ultraviolet (UV) coatings produce professional-looking results. The key characteristics of these two finishes include:
UV Coating
- Glossy sheen and highest reflectivity
- Water-resistant (not waterproof)
- Liquid coating dried with UV light
- Durable enough to resist bending, scratches, tearing, and smudging
- Enhances design and colors
Matte Coating
- Smooth, flat finish
- Clean, modern look
- Works well with subdued colors
- May be written on
- Less durable
What is a low-resolution warning?
The resolution of printed images is measured in dots per inch (DPI), where a higher resolution means more dots of ink are used per inch, and the image is sharper and cleaner. A low-resolution warning appears when the resolution of the source image you wish to have printed is below the minimum requirement, and the printed material is likely to appear pixelated or blurry. The recommended resolution for all printed materials is 300DPI and numbers that fall below this threshold can significantly reduce the quality of the image.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time, and we currently only ship within the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
